Well aware of the "debate" ongoing wth this (writing on the morning of the 2nd semi-final; on a positive note, isn't it great to see so many tabloids taking an interest in rugby? ). Don't see much need to highlight the headlines but have posted an extract from an IRB memo regarding "tip"/dangerous tackles in the "In the news..." section.
